30WEST-Catering was set up by an airline pilot with many years’ experience of business aviation and a thorough understanding of the quality requirements of this type of activity. Air travel is still an experience that combines dreams and discovery, and the pleasure of travelling begins with a tasting of our local products. The founder has enlisted the services of regional artisans who are keen to help you discover the flavours of Valais.

Some of the dishes on offer are named after the 4,000 m peaks that dominate our region, mountain passes linking Valais valleys with neighbouring cantons and internationally renowned holiday resorts.

The company’s name refers to the 30° West longitude that long-haul pilots cross when flying over the North Atlantic, which acts as the boundary between European and North American air traffic control.
